Cancellation Policy

After an order has been placed Teamworks United LLP does not support canceling it. But the following factors must be taken into account:

  • Within a period of 6 hours, a consumer placed multiple orders for the same item in the same quantity.
  • Only requests for cancellation that are submitted within six hours of placing the order will be taken into consideration. However, if the orders have already been sent, the cancellation request won't be taken into consideration.

Refund Policy

Only for purchases that were cancelled and received damaged, a refund will be issued; the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If the refund request is accepted, it will be processed, and all the refunds will be processed in bank account within 21 days.

Customer Policy for Customized Products – No Refunds or Replacements

 

Thank you for choosing our customized products. Please note the following policy regarding purchases of customized items:

 

1. No Refunds or Replacements: As each customized product is uniquely created according to the customer's specifications, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or provide replacements for these products once the order is placed.

 

2. Order Confirmation: We urge customers to thoroughly review their customization details (such as size, color, design, text, etc.) before submitting their order. Once the order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that a customized product arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or delivery issues, we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering repair or store credit. Proof of damage (unboxing video, images) must be provided upon receipt of the product.    

 

You have 3 days to inform Teamworks United about defective item from the date of delivery to replace the product(s) you received for another product(s).

The cost of shipping the product(s) back to the buyer is their responsibility.

For our confirmation, do provide us a copy of the exchange waybill information as well as a photo of the courier partner's receipt.
